Born in Quebec (Canada) in Feb. 1969, Philippe moved with his parents to Venezuela in July 1969, and grew up in Maracaibo and Caracas. Summer 1976, he moved to France in Boulogne-Billancourt (next to Paris), and learned early to live in a new cultural context. Philippe did all his studies there, and finally obtained in 1992, with honours, a Master 2 - International Business Negotiation at the Sorbonne University (Paris III).
His 1st professional experiences were in France, and he relocated to the southern side of Paris in 2000 next to Orsay, in one of the well-known French´s Technology areas.
He decided later on to move to Montreal in Canada end of 2006. Why? Being an expert in international sales also implies having lived outside his own country and in direct daily contact with other cultures, respecting and assimilating with humility new habits and rules. This seemed always to him to be such as the minimum requirement for becoming a real International Business Developer !
Having started his professional life in a new country, he first lived in Quebec, accepted with pleasure and realism his first "food" jobs and integrated into the Québécoise society . He accepted to move in 2006 to Ontario , following an excellent professional proposal. Once again he discovered and integrated a new culture with new mentalities. He stayed there in the well-known Canada´s Technology Triangle for 6 years.
As North American software companies were investing massively and opening subsidiaries in Ireland around 2012, he followed the movement and accepted a job proposal there in Mahon (Cork).
Taking up a risky challenge that seemed interesting to him , he decided to move in 2013 to Germany, where he is based since then in Köln (Cologne), city of the well-know Kölner Dom and also one of the most important exchange axes in Europe (France, DACH and Benelux). Such as in Canada, the same process took place, further on increasing his adaptability, climbing once again the social scale, increasing further more his adaptability and forging his character and resilience.
